SEO Checker
Audit any page's on-page SEO: title, meta description, headings, speed and more, with fixes from your own page and AI suggestions. Free.
How to use SEO Checker
- Enter the address of a page.
- We fetch it and check 19 on-page factors: title, description, headings, canonical, indexability, speed, mobile viewport, alt text, social tags, structured data and more.
- Open each item under “What to fix” to see why it matters, how to fix it, and an example built from your own page — with code you can copy.
- Want more? Click “Get AI suggestions” for rewritten titles and descriptions, content ideas and keywords, written live by Google Gemini.
Good to know
- Our server fetches the page for you (browsers block reading other sites directly). Only public websites can be checked — private and local network addresses are refused.
Privacy
Your file or request is processed on our server, then deleted as soon as the result is sent back. Nothing is kept or shared.
Questions
Does a high score guarantee rankings?
No. This checks on-page basics that are easy to get wrong. Rankings also depend on content quality, links and competition.
Why does it say my page has little text when it's full of content?
If your content is loaded by JavaScript after the page opens, it isn't in the HTML we receive. Google renders JavaScript, but server-rendered text is safer for SEO.
Where do the example fixes come from?
They're built instantly from your page's own title, headings and text by fixed rules — no AI involved. Treat them as a starting point and edit them so they sound like you.
What is sent to the AI?
Only when you click “Get AI suggestions”: the page address, title, description, headings, the first part of its visible text and the list of problems found. It goes from our server to Google Gemini (free tier), where Google may use it to improve its services — so don't use it on private or unpublished pages. There's a small daily limit per visitor, and it isn't offered in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
Can I trust the AI suggestions?
Use them as ideas. AI can misread a page or suggest wording that doesn't fit, so check every suggestion before you publish it.
